Therapy that helps you to feel heard
I am a Basingstoke based BABCP accredited cognitive-behavioural therapist with over 11 years of experience in training and working in psychology. Together we can make sense of your difficulties and ease uncomfortable feelings through new ways of approaching life’s challenges.
I use a range of therapeutic models, including CBT and ACT therapy, to create a treatment plan that compliments your goals and is tailored to you as an individual.
Most importantly, my emphasis as a therapist is on providing a completely non-judgemental and empathic space where you can feel heard and supported.
Whether you are seeking therapy for anxiety, therapy for depression, or therapy for anxiety conditions like OCD, PTSD or social anxiety, I can provide support tailored to you. I can offer therapy in Basingstoke in a quiet and confidential space next to Basingstoke hospital, or remote (video or telephone) sessions.
My background
I studied psychology at Bournemouth University, graduating with upper-second class honours in my masters degree in 2015. Since then, I have completed two post-graduate certificates in evidence based psychological therapies which allow me to practice CBT therapy.
I spent a number of years working in primary care NHS mental health services. Currently, I lead part of the Southampton cardiac psychology service, while providing bespoke private psychological CBT therapy.
